Ty Dolla $ign Presenting First Dolla Day Concert in Los Angeles Next Month

Ty Dolla $ign is officially slated to present his first Dolla Day concert in Los Angeles. The show will feature Ty Dolla $ign and friends. It will be held at the Los Angeles Hollywood Palladium on Sept. 25, and it will occur only days following the release of his mixtape Campaign.

The rapper recently won big at the MTV VMAs with a Moonman for Best Collaboration involving the female power-group Fifth Harmony. He also performed with Nick Jonas during the broadcast with their joint track “Bacon.”

The Campaign mixtape features his new single “Zaddy” and will be released on Sept. 23.

"Damn so #DollaDay sold out in a hour ! Zaddy loves y'all !!!!" the rapper tweeted following the news that the inagural event had been scheduled to take place. 

The goal of the day is to encourage young people to vote and the concert will be under the umbrella of Respect My Vote! The entire show is slated to be live-streamed on TIDAL. In addition to Ty Dolla $ign, THMVMNT and Power 106 radio are also hosting the event. Sponsors include Hip Hop Caucus, TIDAL, REVOLVE IMPACT and NEXTGEN CLIMATE.

For a short period of time, tickets will be available for only $5 in order to show appreciation for the fans.
