During the weekend, Sean Combs, also known as Puff Daddy, confirmed that DMX will be part of the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour. Aside from the "Party Up" rapper, the tour will also feature Ma$e, Faith Evans, Lil Kim and 112.

Combs made the announcement on his Twitter account through a video, which showed clips of DMX at his live shows as well as a statement from the rapper.

"I'm just grateful to be a part of it and to be as successful as I've been," he said. "To be a part of something that's an epic tour, and clearly something that's going to be historical."

"I do what I do," he added. "I bring me to the stage. To be a part of something like this is crazy."

Although DMX, who is signed to Ruff Ryders Entertainment, never became a part of Combs' Bad Boy Records, being part of the tour's official lineup serves as a reunion for him and some of the artists who were former Ruff Ryders signees, according to Rolling Stone. These include Jadakiss, Sheek Louch and Styles P, also known as the members of The L.O.X.

DMX last appeared on the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour as a guest artist during the Chicago stop on Sept. 1. Now that he's part of the lineup, fans can expect to see him at the upcoming shows starting on Sept. 20 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The last stop of the tour will be in Inglewood, California on Oct. 4.
