With his album Views back on top of the Billboard Top 200 charts thanks to continued streaming numbers, Drake has released a new short film Please Forgive Me. The 23-minute short film is loosely based on the 1993 movie Indecent Proposal and features tracks from Views in a score put together by Noah "40" Shebib.

The video features plenty of explosions and action as Drake stars in the film with cameos from Popcaan, Fanny Neguesha, Kyla Reid and Sonu Chidiebere. It features seven songs from Views and original music from Noah "40' Shebib.

Please Forgive Me was shot in a single week in Soweto township in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was done in July before Drake & Future embarked on their Summer Sixteen Arena Tour around North America.

It has been released as an Apple Music exclusive and, according to a Billboard source, it will remain that way for perpetuity. Kanye West said that same thing about The Life of Pablo on TIDAL, so you never know if it will stay an exclusive forever.

The video was originally slated for released on Sept. 30, but it was pushed up to late last night.

It was directed by Anthony Mandler, who has worked with Drake in the past on visuals like "Forever," "Fancy" and "Miss Me." He has also directed videos for Rihanna, Jay Z and others. Mandler has worked with Apple Music on several of their high-profile commercials.

This is the second visual to emerge from Views. The video for "Child's Play" was released in September. "Hotline Bling" famously got its video, but that was before the album was released and only serves as a bonus track on the LP.
