Network television got a big old dose of neo-soul on Tuesday night (July 15). Yesterday evening, former Floetry member Marsha Ambrosius took on the L.A. stage at TBS' Conan for an intimate, impassioned performance of her new Friends & Lovers single "Run."

Looking stunning in a simple belted black and white dress, ponytail and bright red lipstick, Ambrosius turned the lights down low and sang warmly for the crowd. Despite hundreds in the studio and many more viewers watching at home, the "Run" performance felt very much like a one-on-one moment, with Ambrosius' stunning vocals at the forefront.

Singing passionately behind the microphone, oftentimes with her eyes closed and hands in the air, Ambrosius soared through the R&B anthem, highlighting both the lowest lows and highest peaks of her range, making for a truly special moment.
