Rich the Kid throws shade at Lil Uzi Vert with his new song "Dead Friends." The feud between the two artists started in January.

At the time, Vert complained about his Generation Now label. Rich the Kid responded to Lil Uzi Vert's tweet and said that he should have signed with Rich forever.

"Dead Friends" is featured in the rapper's highly anticipated debut album The World Is Yours. Prior to the track's release, the 25-year-old rapper talked about his project during an interview with Zane Lowe.

"It's funny because I made this record months before all that, and so whatever darkness comes to light. So listen to the song, you know what's going on. I'm just waiting to see if Uzi's going to reply back. You know [Uzi] can't write better than me though," said Kid.

The rapper's forthcoming album will also include his collaborations with Khalid, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Future, Quavo, Swae Lee, Offset, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Trippie Redd.
