P!nk is bringing her world tour to New York City, and while fans were overjoyed to see the singer on the first night, they didn't expect the singer to shock them.

Forgetting The Lyrics

According to People Magazine, the "What About Us" singer-songwriter had a brain fart while she was performing her 2006 hit single, "Who Knew." The 38-year-old Grammy winner went on to persevere through the awkward moment and returned to the song's catchy chorus.

P!nk laughed off the incident and has admitted to the minor slip-up.

"I forget the words. S-," said P!nk in a statement to People Magazine.

Concert Highlights

Despite P!nk's small slip-up, she impressed the sold-out arena and delivered a memorable show. Billboard noted that the "Raise Your Glass" singer gave electrifying performances that included her signature aerial dance performances. P!nk also admitted that she felt like music legend and Madison Square Garden franchise artist Billy Joel as she also had several sold-out shows at the iconic arena.

Other memorable moments from the concert included the appearance of a 20-foot inflatable Eminem when the rapper "joined" P!nk on stage for their collaboration, "Revenge." Concertgoers got to see the singer punch the inflatable rapper in the nose. She also recognized the Parkland, Florida shooting and incorporated some of the footage of the student leaders delivering their impactful speeches into a performance of "What About Us."

Reading A Mean Tweet

In addition to launching her worldwide tour, P!nk also had some fun poking at some of her critics. She recently made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live for the show's infamous segment, Mean Tweets. The "Get This Party Started" singer's mean tweet focused on how her music is made for obnoxious white bridal parties who show up at Denny's. P!nk stated that if she rewrote the tweet, she would have put in Waffle House.

The Super Bowl Performance

On Feb. 4, P!nk sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl. The singer was fighting the flu at the time of the performance. In a previously released statement that she posted on Instagram, she revealed that her small children got her ill, but added that she was ecstatic to perform the national anthem. Many celebrities including Sheryl Crow and Ashley Tisdale took to Twitter to praise her performance.

P!nk Claps Back

Before she performed at the Super Bowl, P!nk shared her opinion regarding the 2018 Grammy Awards fiasco where Alessia Cara was the only woman to win any of the Recording Academy's major awards. Recording Academy president Neil Portnow bluntly stated that women needed to "step up" when it came to creating music. P!nk disagreed with his statement and added that women have been stepping up since the beginning of time.
