Christina Aguilera makes a mark on The Late Late Show With James Corden segment "Carpool Karaoke." Even Corden himself is left in awe of her beautiful singing chops.

The 37-year-old singer's appearance aired on the show on Monday night, and it lasted for approximately eight minutes. It all started with Corden asking Aguilera to sing a song with him, and he chose the singer's hit song, "Fighter."

After singing a few lines to the song, Corden cut Aguilera off and asked her how she does her signature growl. The singer said that it comes from the fighter within her.

When Corden tried to imitate Aguilera's tone, the host failed miserably. However, Corden and Aguilera definitely had a good laugh.

Christina Aguilera Talks About Ryan Gosling

Corden also asked Aguilera about The Mickey Mouse Club, which stars the singer, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Ryan Gosling. The host wondered if Aguilera was ever smitten with Gosling. She said that she finds him attractive, but she did not really have a crush on him.

The "Genie in a Bottle" singer said that it was Timberlake that had the swag at the time. However, she did not have a crush on him either because he was with Spears then.

Melissa McCarthy Joins 'Carpool Karaoke'

As Corden and Aguilera were singing their second duet, Melissa McCarthy joined them in the car. Aguilera and McCarthy recently worked together in Life of the Party. Corden also asked the two women to grab the microphone so they could sing together. Aguilera gave Corden and McCarthy a tune to copy, but they both failed.

Aguilera also revealed the notes that she can reach and did not struggle even with the highest one. After impressing Corden and McCarthy even more, the trio sang "Genie in a Bottle."

After McCarthy had left the car, Aguilera and Corden got another moment to themselves. They sang the singer's classic hit "Beautiful."

Christina Aguilera Paper Magazine Cover

Last month, Aguilera also made headlines after she had graced the cover of Paper Magazine. Within the pages of the publication, the singer opened up about the transformation she has undergone throughout her career.

"I need movement, I need to go explore, be an artist, create, and transform," said the singer.

She also talked about the struggles she faced when she just starting in the music industry.

"Either women are not sexual enough or we're not fulfilling enough of a fantasy for you, but then if we're overtly sexual or feeling empowered in a certain kind of way, then we're shamed for it," said Aguilera.
