50 Cent is starting yet another back-and-forth between him and the Queen of Pop, Madonna, in a new comment on the pop star's new TikTok video.
The two have been notable because of their fiery exchanges with each other, feuding in the past few years already.
According to Page Six, it was 50 Cent who ignited the fight again.
Specifically, the rapper has taken a snipe on Madonna's seductive photos on Instagram recently, along with a couple of disturbing posts on TikTok, which were also reposted on the former platform.
On one of his posts, 50 Cent uploaded a screenshot of Madonna, in an unflattering angle on her new video, with a rather personal headline: "Madonna Using Rap Music for Clout On TikTok Is Pathetic And Truly Disturbs My Spirit."
The video that the article was referring to was Madonna's latest TikTok - jamming to Lil Keem's "Vent," mouthing the lyrics effortlessly while headbanging with a braid. "told y'all grand ma was on bullshit! like a virgin at 64. LOL #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi," Cent posted. Meanwhile, fans have echoed Cent's comments, noting Madonna's erratic behavior.
"Her face looks like a transplant of fresh baby skin," a user posted.
"What happened to her face whole legacy down the drain," another asked.
As of this writing, Madonna has yet to respond to 50 Cents comments.

However, not all comments on 50 Cent's post were against Madonna; some still defended her in honor and called out the rapper in return.
"Y'all forgetting that y'all too, someday will all get Wrinkly and Older...... She's an iconic figure and still doing her thing. 50Cent, You're in your 50's.... You're not behind her," someone pointed out.
"Now come on 50, I know you're old enough to remember what an icon she was. She was always in it for the shock factor, she was one of the creators and paved the way for artist to be who there are. She's always been inclusive despite race, age, sexuality, etc. she hasn't changed," a Madonna fan said.
Earlier this year, 50 had also thrown some shots at Madonna, likening her face to an alien. The two had been in a longstanding love-hate relationship.
Last year Madonna unleashed the perfect clap back, slamming the rapper for his fake friendship.
"Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend. Now you have decided to talk smack about me. I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult," she said in an Instagram story with a photo of them hugging.
