Jennifer Lawrence may be one of the biggest stars in Hollywood today but she proved her humility by gushing over musicians as she recently revealed her favorite singer and explained what her reaction would be if she met her in person; who could this be?

Speaking to W Magazine, the "Hunger Games" actress revealed her previous "starstruck" moment with other celebrities, saying she considers Pete Davidson as one of the "biggest" stars.

She also noted that Ariana Grande, who appeared with her in the Netflix movie "Don't Look Up," is one of the artists that she adores and she previously took a picture with her on set, saying it felt like she won a radio contest.

However, there is one musician that would "knock" her over if she ever met her in person, saying, "I would be starstruck if I saw Jessica Simpson." (via Billboard)

Aside from the stars mentioned above, Lawrence also revealed that she loved Avril Lavigne growing up as she put up a poster of her in her childhood home.

Jennifer Lawrence's Friendship With Another Singer

In a previous interview with the New York Times, the "Mother!" actress gave fans a glimpse of her friendship with another famous musician.

Sharing her experience, the star said Adele gave her advice not to take the role in the film "Passengers." Even though the movie earned a whopping $300 million at the global box office, it received "so-so" reviews.

"Adele told me not to do it! She was like, 'I feel like space movies are the new vampire movies.' I should have listened to her," she said.

In addition, she was also one of the celebrity guests at the singer's "Adele:One Night Only" special.

Jessica Simpson is No Longer a Musician

According to The Things, Jessica Simpson was once a huge deal in the music industry as she was on the same level with Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and other singers in the early 2000s.

Her debut album, "Sweet Kisses," sold over four million copies, and the follow-up record, "Irresistible," sold two million. Simpson's third album, "In The Skin," became her highest-charting music project as well as her highest-selling album.

However, it all took a different turn when she starred in the MTV reality series "Newlyweds" along with her ex-husband Nick Lachey.

It ran for three seasons and she previously revealed that the show took a toll on their relationship off-camera.

She released her final album titled "Happy Christmas" in 2010 and she never put out any record again, except in 2020 when she published her memoir "Open Book" which was accompanied by six new exclusive songs to those who purchased the audiobook.
