Taking to his official Instagram account, the Scottish record producer shared a photo of himself with the "Lights" songstress in the recording studio.

Both artists previously collaborated in 2012 for the smash hit "I Need Your Love" from the DJ's third studio album "18 months." It was also featured on Goulding's "Halcyon" record.

The two were reunited again in 2014 for the song "Outside."

Regarding the release date of their exciting collaboration, neither of the two musicians has revealed any details about their new song, but Q102 suggested that it could possibly drop at Harris' set at this year's Coachella.

The recent teaser comes after Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2023 finally unveiled their headlining acts as well as other musicians who would perform at the two-weekend concerts

Aside from the three headliners, Bad Bunny, BLACKPINK, and Frank Ocean, Calvin Harris serves as the "Returning to the Desert" act as it would be his first time performing again at the event since 2014.

On the other hand, Ellie Goulding shocked fans by announcing that she would be pushing back the initial release date of her album.

Taking to her official Twitter account, the "Beating Heart" hitmaker shared a thread to reveal that her highly-anticipated record would drop on March 24 instead of the first announced February 3 release.

The reason why she's moving the release date was because of "some exciting opportunities" that she couldn't wait to share with the world.

Goulding has not publicly confirmed whether the said "opportunity" is related to her collaboration with Harris as the teaser of their new song dropped the following day after announcing her album delay.

To make it up to her fans, the musician wrote, "I'm excited to confirm that my new single is called 'Like A Saviour'. It's coming soon , we've shot the video and it's one of my favourite videos I've ever done."

In addition, she also wanted to express her gratitude by revealing that she filmed something over the past weekend that will drop around the new record's release.
