Earlier this week, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran was spotted hanging out in a Los Angeles recoding studio with none other than Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp. Another young singer spotted with Depp was One Direction's Zayn Malik. The actor is a seasoned musician; he originally moved out to California for music but ending up in the acting field. And now he's hanging out with some pretty big names in pop music.
The picture at the top of this article comes from the Instagram account of Alexander DeLeon, the singer of the band The Cab. DeLeon is apparently Zayn's BFF considering another photo on Alexander's Instagram is of the two performers showing off their new matching tattoos. The ink reads, "a pirate's life for me," which makes them hanging out with Depp even more appropriate considering his Pirates of the Caribbean career. DeLeon captioned the photo with Depp:
"pirate lessons from the one and only. thanks for having us, mr. depp."
There have been no official announcements on whether Depp is collaborating with these young stars or not. We don't even know if Depp is working on music at all. This could have just been a simple hangout!

There was no context to these Twitter photos, but earlier in the week Williams met up with Miley and her "We Can't Stop" producer Mike WiLL Made It. Perhaps all of these big names are coming together for a special project? Or maybe Pharrell just likes to surround himself with talent!
