In the short video, the "Milkshake" songstress showed different clips of her car being towed as it hang towards the corner of a cliffside.

Fortunately for the family, they had snowboarding gear in their vehicle to make them warm and comfortable as they waited for rescuers to come as it was cold outside. (via Page Six)

They also have a light on because it's pitch black around the area where they got stuck.

Kelis has not revealed which children were with her at the time of the accident, but Page Six noted that she shares a son with ex-husband Nas, and after tying the knot with Mike Mora, they welcomed a son Shepherd and an unnamed 2-year-old baby girl.

Kelis Looks Back on 'Milkshake'

Almost 20 years ago, Kelis dropped "Milkshake" and as one of the OG singers of the 2000s, the musician took her time and reminisce about the song's success.

Speaking in an interview earlier this month, the musician said she thought it was fun because she doesn't take herself too seriously.

"It's fun that after 20 years, it is still relevant and it is still recognizable and it's still something that I think takes a place in this generation, but I think it's lived its life," she noted. (Via E! Online)

Today, Kelis, whose last name is Rogers, is now living on a remote farm in California and works as a farmer and chef, which are two of the things she always loved doing.

She noted that farming is now a big part of her life and would love to continue doing it because eating good food is important for her as well as remaining to be creative and both of those are her "happy place" and a huge chunk of her lifestyle in the present.
