Avril Lavigne just handled perhaps one of the most stage-crashing moments in Juno Awards history like the girl boss that she is.
The Canadian Pop Punk Princess was stage crashed by a woman last Monday, Mar. 13, 2023, at the 2023 Juno Awards.
Meanwhile, the Juno Awards saw The Weeknd, formally known as Abel Tesfaye, makes history by becoming the second most Junos in the history of the show.
Avril Lavigne Stage Crash Incident
Just when Avril Lavigne was introducing the next performer of the night at the 2023 Juno Awards, she was stage crashed by a topless woman.
Just when Lavigne saw her, she told the protester to "get the f-- off," as she was escorted offstage.
Lavigne was introducing AP Dhillon, the first-ever Punjabi artist to perform at the ceremony.
According to CBC News, a message written on the protester's back appeared to have read "Save The Green Belt." For context, the stage crasher's message was in reference to the controversial development plan that the Ontario government has seemed to put in place.
37-year-old Casey Hatherly, of Vancouver, Canada, has been charged with mischief because of the stage crashing incident she caused during the broadcast. She was charged earlier today, Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences said in a statement to the outlet that they were doing their best to avoid interruptions during the program; but provided they are live - there are always risks during events and broadcasts.
"We hope tonight's brief disruption doesn't take away from the accomplishments of this year's performers, winners and nominees," they furthered.
As for Avril, she addressed the incident later in the program when she gave her speech after winning the Fan Choice Award for the fourth time.
"Now nobody try anything this time. I'll f- a b-- up," she joked. Simu Liu, the host of Monday's festivities, praised the "Complicated" hitmaker for "handling that topless lady like a champion."
Juno Awards 2023 Winners
The Weeknd took home the most Juno Awards that night with five, including Pop Album of the Year and Album of The Year for "Dawn FM."
He is now the second most-awarded artist in the history of the Juno Awards with 22. She is three Junos away from the most-awarded in history, Anne Murray, with 25.
Other winners include Jessie Reyez, Nickelback, and Preston Pablo, among many others.
