Danny Brown is struggling with alcohol problems and he recently acknowledged it by announcing that he would be checking into a rehab facility after an incident earlier this week where he shared something about his long-awaited album titled "Quaranta."

To give fans context about what happened, the musician is currently hosting his online talk show "The Danny Brown Show" wherein he talks about random things.

During Tuesday's episode, the rapper revealed his album has been done for over two years now and the reason why it hasn't been released to the public yet was because of his record label Warp Records.

Later in the show, the music artist asked fans to tweet the hashtag #FreeDanny and #FreeQuaranta at his record label and manager, Dart Parker, in order for his record to be dropped soon.

After the show, he clarified the hashtags that he shared, saying he was drunk at the time when he recorded the episode and that he will be checking into treatment the following day.

He also noted that he has nothing but love for his manager and Warp Records.

Danny Brown Says Alcohol Makes Him Hurt People He Cares The Most

After the tweet amassed thousands of views, one fan wrote in the reply section, saying Brown was the one who asked fans to "harrass" his manager Dart Parker.

He later replied to the comment and admitted that alcohol is something that he needs to be done with as it causes him to "hurt the people that care the most."

Not The First Time Danny Brown Said He Would Seek Help

This was not the first incident wherein Danny Brown revealed he would be checking into a rehab facility as he previously performed at SXSW earlier this month where he said he's going to seek help.

"I'm going to get help. Honestly, my dumba- supposed to been gone, but I'm broke so I gotta do shows to take my a**," he said.
