'The Record': Boygenius New Album 2023

"The Film," will be released alongside "The Record," the band's debut album.

According to NME, the album was a "gorgeous testament" when one would allow themselves to be fully seen. It also touched on how the work is a "brighter, bolder existence," which enabled them to light up individually as members of a trio while also shining together at the same time.

"Bridgers, Dacus and Baker did the tedious work of getting to know each other artistically and collaboratively and then poured what they found out into the world. Now, we as listeners, get to benefit," the review read.

Aside from a new album, Boygenius will also be embarking on a tour.
