Blink-182 had the crowd roaring with excitement at Coachella when they performed together for the first time in nine years.

The atmosphere was electrifying and full of energy as they moved through a robust set that drew a massive audience to the stage area.

Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker kicked off with "Family Reunion," it was an evening full of energized and emotionally charged tunes.

They also performed "All the Small Things," "I Miss You," "Feeling This," "What's My Age Again," "Dysentery Gary," and even mashed up TLC's "No Scrubs" with "Dammit."

Unexpectedly, just days after being announced as part of the line-up for this year's Coachella, Blink-182 took to the stage in the desert. This came after their Latin America leg of the reunion tour was postponed due to Travis needing emergency surgery on a finger he smashed during practice.

When the news of his hand injury spread months ago, it was cause for much concern. Many fans remembered his post of pictures showing the severity of his finger injury in March. Subsequently, he had surgery to repair the ring finger and began on a long road to recovery.

To everyone's surprise, the drummer and his bandmates played a stunning set that lasted more than an hour without any sign of Kourtney Kardashian's husband being in pain from his finger.

Speaking to Rolling Stone previously, Travis said his injury was healing quickly, and it seemed this had enabled him to be back performing with the band sooner than fans expected.

Meanwhile, in 2015, Tom left Blink-182 to focus on his company, To the Stars...Academy of Arts & Sciences that studies UFOs. Travis and Mark continued with Blink-182 and recruited Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio as a third member. With Matt now a part of the band, they released two new albums.

At the beginning of 2021, it was revealed that Mark had been diagnosed with cancer. Following this revelation, he and Travis began exchanging visits with Tom as a means to rekindle their friendship.

Fortunately, by the end of 2021, it was reported that Mark had been given a clean bill of health. Subsequently, Tom returned to the band and soon after released the song "Edging," and commenced work on a new album.
