Skid Row and Pantera have not collaborated in the past before that's why many fans were shocked when the former's guitarist, Snake Sabo, revealed that he previously worked with Phil Anselmo on several tracks; why weren't they released?

The musician recently spoke with Spin to take a trip down memory lane and recalled his early experiences with the band regarding touring.

He later opened up about developing a brotherly bond with Pantera singer Phil Anselmo, saying they would hang out on each other's tour buses.

One evening, Sabo said both of them were awake until 4 a.m. because they were working on the songs together. (via Ultimate Classic Rock)

However, he clarified that those materials were "15 seconds long and they were terrible" seemingly revealing the reason why they were not released to the public.

"He still has the dictaphone tapes with those songs somewhere," he added.

Skid Row's Snake Sabo Recalls Band's Partying Habits

Elsewhere in the interview, the musician opened up about the band's partying habits in the early 90s, specifically when they were on the road with Pantera.

"We all became like brothers with one another. That whole tour was just crazy, and it's amazing that anybody still has a liver to speak of," he said.

Sabo further explained that both bands loved drinking, pranking people, and going into a bar almost every night and it was "nonstop."

"luckily nobody got hurt that tour, and I have these tremendous, happy memories from being out there with them," he added.

There was also a time when they spent 36 hours just having the time of their lives by partying and annoying other people because that was their concept of bonding.

After partying hard, both bands would go back to their hotel to "terrorize everyone" as they knocked on other people's rooms to invite them for a drink.
