Slipknot is currently in the middle of touring but two of their members are not a part of their series of concerts. More recently, the band dropped a new song just a day after Craig Jones departed from the group and Shawn "Clown" Crahan announced his break to take care of his wife.

According to 97 Rock Online, the metal band released a brand new track titled "Death March," which is completely instrumental. They also dropped a music video to accompany the new song.

The outlet noted that the track revolves around mystery and many fans speculate that the new material is a part of their previous project "Look Outside Your Window," which was shelved and never been heard by the public in the past.

Shawn Crahan, the drummer, previously revealed in an interview that Slipknot recorded the unreleased album in 2008 and it's possible that it would be released anytime soon. However, Corey Taylor thinks otherwise as he didn't want it to drop.

The latest project is available for streaming on a new mysterious website by the band called youcantkillme.com.

Under the video, fans have the option to enter their e-mail address. Although it was not revealed what was the purpose of inputting their e-mail addresses, the outlet noted that it could possibly give fans information in the future about their next project.

What Happened to Craig Jones?

Many fans were surprised as Slipknot announced that keyboardist and sampler Craig Jones, who had been a part of the group for over two decades now, would be parting ways with the band.

The group took to their official Instagram account to share a short statement, writing, "Slipknot is announcing that we have parted ways with Craig Jones. We wish Jones all the best for the future."
