Jamie Foxx and his family still have not shed some light on the singer-actor's health condition though he was already discharged from the hospital.

Foxx's fans have been receiving little to no updates regarding his health status as his family remains quiet about it. Although some of his colleagues said that he has been doing well, a new source recently disclosed how he remains "pretty fragile" amid his recuperation.

Where Is Jamie Foxx Now? What Is His Health Status?

Talks about Foxx faced a resurgence this week as Life & Style (via Ok! Magazine) cited a source's statement regarding the "DJ Play a Love Song" singer.

According to the unnamed insider, the family opts to stay quiet about his "very fragile" condition following reports that he had been undergoing treatment at a Chicago rehabilitation center after spending weeks in an Atlanta hospital.

"Jamie's family is keeping his condition very quiet," the source said, per the news outlet. "He is still pretty fragile, and his loved ones know Jamie wouldn't want anyone seeing him like that."

Corrine Foxx, the singer-actor's daughter, was the last family member to share an update about him. She recently debunked the report regarding the family "preparing for the worst," saying that Foxx was already well-enough to play pickleball.

However, the source insisted that his friends remain worried about him since no one has gotten an exact update regarding his condition and his status amid his reported recovery period.

Per the insider, the lack of statements just made people think the situation might be worse than what they expected.

On the other hand, Foxx's "They Cloned Tyrone" co-star John Boyega informed People that the star finally picked up the phone and assured people that he is doing well. He also asked the public to give the "Fall For Your Type" crooner privacy and wish him well.

Jamie Foxx Indirectly Said He's Well

Amid the worries, Foxx previously took to Instagram Story to thank everyone for their love. The post also shared how blessed the singer-actor was following his hospitalization.

There were reports that Foxx suffered a stroke, though this should be taken with a grain of salt as no confirmation regarding his real health issue was shared with the public.

Due to his health setback, FOX tapped Nick Cannon to temporarily host "Beat Shazam" with Kelly Osbourne, who has been doing Corinne's role as a guest DJ.
