Disturbed frontman David Draiman debuted his new physique after six months of diet and workout.

Draiman surprised his fans when he showed a photo of himself to share his new look after months of trying to lose weight. According to the singer, he has never reached his new weight since the mid-2000s.

David Draiman Loses 34 Pounds

Following his health issues, Draiman revealed in a new Twitter post that he now weighs 180 pounds after losing 34 pounds in total since starting his diet and workout in January.

"180 lbs. Down 34 lbs since I started this whole thing in January," he captioned the post. "Haven't been this weight since the mid-2000's. In shape to kick everyone's asses this summer."

He attached a photo of himself shirtless as he showed off his more defined abs and fitter physique.

Due to his transformation, fans left comments asking him about his diet and workout plan and whether he made massive changes in his daily lifestyle.

While Draiman did not disclose his exact plans yet, more followers got inspired by his health journey, and they also started their healthy lifestyle.

It is worth noting, however, that his recent health update came after he went through several issues over the past months. The singer underwent a procedure to remove a benign tumor from the radius in his right arm after conducting a biopsy on the growth.

The singer also suffered vocal issues that led Disturbed to cancel two shows on the band's European tour.

David Draiman's Diet, Workout Plan

Although Draiman did not share his current diet and workout plans, he previously helped everyone when he spoke about his eating habits.

In a 2011 interview with Heavy Metal Food Blog (via WGRD), he revealed that he followed a steady diet and not allowing himself to eat burgers during his shows. He created his meal plan due to severe acid reflux, which also caused him not to drink and smoke while on tour.

In addition, Draiman said he opted not to eat four hours before a performance and two hours before going to bed.

"From a caloric standpoint, it's not good to have food sitting in your stomach overnight since it doesn't get burnt. I stay away from fatty stuff, fried foods," he went on. "I try to stay away from things that are too oily, that aggravate the acid reflux or put the pounds on." So much for sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, huh?"
