Taylor Swift surprised everyone with the upcoming release of "The Eras" Tour concert film, which will be aired in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, on Oct. 13, 2023.

After being professionally shot during her 6-day concert at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California last July 2023, Swift is taking her career-spanning concert to the theatres with the release of "The Eras" tour film.

It was confirmed by insiders that the entire film will be 2 hours and 45 minutes long, and no songs were cut from it.

According to Variety, "The Eras" tour has already amassed more than $26 million presale tickets from AMC Theatres where it will be officially released. It currently holds the biggest single-day ticket sale record for AMC, which surpassed the current holder of the record - "Spider-Man: No Way Home," which only racked up $16.9 million in less than three hours.

However, the publication says that the actual figures might be bigger than the reported as it was only presales. Although AMC is the official distributor of the film, AMC's rival distributors like Cinemark and Regal, and other independent theatres will also be playing it.
