Aside from collecting various CDs and merchandise from Taylor Swift, the ultimate goal of Swifties is to see her perform live. However, there are times when they couldn't afford it due to the rising prices of tickets.

More recently, there is one fan named Peyton Beyer who reportedly attended 20 of the musician's shows across North America and she only paid $5,000, which is way cheaper as there are some tour dates that are priced up to $2,000 per show (based on resale tickets).

The fan told Rolling Stone that when the pandemic started in 2020 and knew that the pop stor didn't have any plans to go on tour at the time, she immediately started saving up money so she could attend future shows.

However, she never really intended to plan to attend over 20 shows as her first plan was to watch at least nine of ten shows.

After successfully buying her ticket, Beyer became one of the first set of people to witness the beginning of Taylor Swift's show in Glendale, Arizona.

How This Taylor Swift Fan Was Able to Secure 20 Tickets For 'The Eras' Tour

It all started in November 2022 when the tickets for "The Eras" tour were launched to the public and it even became a fiasco for most fans as some of them experienced technical difficulties because the website didn't anticipate millions of buyers to access tickets all at the same time.

In Beyer's case, she strategized a plan to secure tickets which consisted of seven friends. Fortunately for them, they were able to secure seven sets of tickets and they all signed up using 50 accounts through Ticketmaster.

"It was a lot of work that went into it, but definitely also some luck," Beyer adds.

Elsewhere in the interview, she continued explaining that not all of her tickets had great views as there were times when she would be placed behind the stage (obstructed view) which means the tickets were only sold for $70.

There was one moment when she was in the second row from the catwalk stage itself.

But she also clarified that not all tickets were from Ticketmaster as there were some that she bought online like Twitter, or even friends.

"A lot of them I got from friends or someone who knew someone who knew someone. If I hadn't taken it, it would have just kept going down the line of what friend or acquaintance was going to accept it," she added.
