Frightening news has emerged about the health of Krayzie Bone, as the 50-year-old rapper is "fighting for his life" in hospital on a breathing machine.

Anthony Henderson, better known as Krayzie Bone, was rushed to medical care last Friday evening after coughing up blood. His condition is caused by sarcoidosis.

In some cases, the body's defense system can turn on itself. In these instances, inflammation is seen in specific organs due to an overactive immune response.

A member of the iconic rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Krayzie Bone had to go through a CT scan upon discovering an artery leaking blood in one of his lungs.

Immediately, surgery was performed on him; however, this procedure proved unsuccessful in halting the leak's flow.

The latest news concerning Krayzie is that he is under sedation currently, according to a source who spoke with AllHipHop.

Reportedly, he stopped smoking recently due to his health issues.

In response, fellow Bone Thugs-n-Harmony member Bizzy Bone posted on Instagram to support his friend. He implored fans to keep Krayzie in their thoughts with "Pray 4 Kray" and "Can't sleep. Sometimes you just gotta pray."

Many people have been sending their thoughts and prayers to Krayzie Bone, who is reportedly fighting for his life in hospital.

One fan wrote: "It's heartbreaking to hear that Krayzie Bone is having a hard time. All my best wishes go out to him and his family."

Another person said similar words of encouragement: "We're all hoping that Krayzie Bone will recover from this - sending lots of love and positive vibes!"
