Sinead O'Connor's fans heard her voice again after BBC premiered the finale of "The Woman In The Wall" and featured one of her unreleased songs.

O'Connor's fans were left devastated after the news about her death on July 26 emerged. They accompanied her as her family laid her to rest in a Muslim burial following a funeral ceremony in her former hometown of Bray, south of Dublin.

Following her death, her managers revealed that she planned to work on her music and tour again. While she is no longer here to do the latter, her family and team made the former come true.

Sinead O'Connor's Unreleased Song Aired on BBC Drama

The final episode of the BBC drama "The Woman in the Wall" on September 25 played O'Connor's "The Magdalene Song" as the drama showed the characters who were determined to survive.

In an interview with The Guardian, Belfast musician David Holmes - who produced the singer's music in the years leading to her death - commented that the first half of the track is "completely heartbreaking." He then explained that the latter part is "pure defiance" that gave power to the series.

"I stripped the song away to just Sinéad's voice and then let the full power come in for the second half," he said. "It's incredible how the meaning of the song came together with this story. It was just meant to be. There's a certain magic when you bring music to an emotive story."

Holmes revealed that O'Connor authorized the song for the drama's use before its production even started. The late singer often spoke about her sympathy for women who had been oppressed by the church, leading her to create the track.

"The Magdalene Song" became one of O'Connor's unreleased songs on top of the new album she had been working on with Holmes. The producer told the news outlet that it was one record away from completion, and it remains unknown when the music will be released.

Meanwhile, her managers, Kenneth Papenfus and Carl Papenfus, revealed in a note on the 67 Management website that they appreciated working with O'Connor until her last breath.

The album will serve as her new album since 2014, "I'm Not Bossy, I'm the Boss."
