Foo Fighters performed at the Ohana Festival as they gear up ahead of their 2024 U.S. Stadium tour.

Fans have been hyped after Foo Fighters announced their North American stadium shows as part of their Everything or Nothing at All 2024 tour, which will start on July 17 in New York.

While preparing, the band recently headlined the Ohana Festival where they surprised everyone with a song cover.

Foo Fighters Perform a Cover of Led Zeppelin's Hit Song

On October 1, Dave Grohl led his band to perform a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven" during their headlining set at the festival.

"Should I stop playing while you take care of that?" he told the crowd. "Go take care of that. I'll play something while you do that."

When he started plucking the intro of the hit song, the crowd immediately filled the venue with applause and cheers. It prompted Grohl to ask whether they already figured out they would play "Stairway to Heaven."

Foo Fighters also performed "Best of You" and "Everlong" to end their set.

It was not the first time they played it, though.

In 2000, Foo Fighters performed an acoustic rendition of the track during their appearance on "The Late Late Show With Craig Kilborn."
