    Finally, there is some good news to come out of the "Love & Hip Hop" franchise. Yesterday in New York, Yandy Smith welcomed her second child with Mendeecees Harris. The couple checked in to a city hospital ahead of the huge blizzard, and by late yesterday night, Jan. 26, Harris confirmed that their daughter had finally been born. Fans of the couple will get a firsthand account of the happy occasion because at least part of it was filmed by VH1 for "LHH," according to Bossip.

    The trailer for the next season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" first aired last night, and in it we see Kim Kardashian actively trying to get pregnant again. It looks like her quest for a second child with Kanye West will be a major storyline on the reality show and, following the teaser, Khloé Kardashian shocked fans with a post on her official Instagram account that was also quickly deleted. The pic posted shows a positive pregnancy test and Khloé asks fans who they think is pregnant, with the choices being her, Kim or their 18-year-old step-sister Kendall Jenner. The answer here would at least appear to be pretty obvious. In recent weeks, there has been a lot of speculation surrounding Kim, and it has been widely reported that she was struggling to conceive. The star told her fans just last week that she is not pregnant.

According to a report by TMZ, power couple Kardashian and Kanye West have been trying to get pregnant for about nine months now, with no luck. The couple was spotted leaving her Beverly Hills's doctors office earlier this week, and sources say she has been visiting once a month in the hopes of becoming pregnant. Supposedly, three different specialists have told Kardashian that conceiving again might be a long shot at best. Sadly, she and West believed that since getting pregnant with North was so easy, then adding to the family would be a breeze. Instead, Kardashian has had no choice but to deal with whatever medical condition it is that makes conception difficult. Kim is not the only one in her family to struggle with fertility, though. Khloé Kardashian seemed to spend the majority of her marriage to Lamar Odom trying to unsuccessfully start a family.

When it came time to introduce Clooney as her top selection, even Walters was not sure what to say. Sure, she is married to a famous man who is powerful in Hollywood, but Amal Clooney is a big deal in her own right. Her work as a human right's attorney has been praised by nearly everyone who has ever had an opportunity to work with Clooney. Declaring her fascinating just because of the man she married would have been almost a slap in the face, so Walters tread carefully.

Gosling and Mendes had been together for a few years and were rumored to have been on a break when she found out she was pregnant. That might be one of the reasons why it took her until almost her third trimester to confirm that she was having a baby. Obviously, Mendes managed to win back her man and she and Gosling seem to have been doing quite well since baby Esmeralda was born a few months ago.

Rumor has it that this time around Middleton wanted to know the gender of her baby and she is thrilled to be having a daughter. Middleton and Prince William had originally said they wanted to have three children within about five years so their kids could really bond while young and grow up together. When Middleton delivers this child in April, she will technically have two kids under 2, as George's second birthday is not until July. It looks like the couple's family plan is right on track and, according to Hollywood Life, even Queen Elizabeth II is hoping that the news is correct and that this baby is a girl.

  • Darren Wilson Resigns from Ferguson PD, Won't Get Severance Package

    The fact that Darren Wilson has officially resigned from the Ferguson Police Department comes as no surprise to anyone. Once the grand jury decided against indicting Wilson last Monday, Nov. 24, in the shooting death of Michael Brown, it technically meant that he was free to return to active duty with the Ferguson department, but in reality that was never going to happen, and Wilson was the first to admit it. Death threats have been made against the department and Wilson was clear on the fact that if he returned to duty he was not only risking his own safety, but also that of his fellow officers. It was never a matter of if he would resign, but when and yesterday, Nov. 29, ended up being the day, according to CNN. While Wilson has been out on paid leave since the Aug. 9 shooting, officials confirmed today that his resignation does not include a severance package of any kind. As of yesterday, Wilson is off the Ferguson payroll and he also does not have health insurance to help counter the cost of his new wife's pregnancy bills.
