  • Jennifer Aniston Claims That There Is No Bad Blood Between Her and Angelina Jolie

Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston to be with Angelina Jolie nearly a decade ago and it has somehow managed to be as big a story now as it was way back then. It seems like the press is always trying to figure out where things stand in this Hollywood triangle but according to a recent interview, Aniston there really is nothing to discuss, it's kind of old news.
  • Jennifer Aniston Praises Angelina Jolie, Wishes the Media Would Stop Being so Petty

Even though Jennifer Aniston has spent the last several months in a very zen-like place, it's still unlikely that anyone would have expected her to ever praise the woman that helped destroy her marriage and yet, that's exactly what has happened! While the media has spent years wondering out loud what it would be like for Aniston and assumed faux, Angelina Jolie, to be at the same red carpet event, she has really come full circle with everything. Not only is the actress not slamming Brad Pitt's new wife, but she actually praised her in a recent interview.
  • Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston Both Snubbed by Academy for Oscar Nominations

Now Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie really do have something in common besides both being married to Brad Pitt at one point or another. This morning, both of them were snubbed by the Academy when it came time to announce the official 2015 Oscar nominations. Jolie was angling for Best Director for her (actually quite amazing) work on "Unbroken," while many believed that Aniston would be acknowledged for her work in "Cake."
  • Gwyneth Paltrow Claims Brad Pitt Was 'Too Good' for Her

While Gwyneth Paltrow still has her share of haters — mainly because she seems so out of touch with how most people in the real world live — she does seem to have softened a bit in the months since announcing her split from Chris Martin. Rather than being focused on material things and coming across as typically arrogant, Paltrow's interviews have had a different tone. She did a guest spot on Howard Stern's show today and was more than willing to discuss some of her high-profile relationships from when she was younger. When asked about her romance with Ben Affleck from more than 15 years ago, Paltrow said they were off and on because he really was not ready to have a girlfriend then. Of course, Brad Pitt also came up, and when asked about their split in 1997, Paltrow actually took the blame. "I definitely fell in love with him. He was so gorgeous and sweet. I mean, he was Brad Pitt! I was such a kid, I was 22 when we met. It's taken me until 40 to get my head out of my ass. You can't make that decision when you're 22 years old ... I wasn't ready, and he was too good for me. I didn't know what I was doing. I think that when you're in your 20s, you can get swept up in [good looks]. When you're a kid, you tend to be more shallow and you're also immature, so you think that being with a good looking person validates yourself in some kind of way. It's not true," explained the actress.
  • Angelina Jolie Upset 'Unbroken' Overlooked During Awards Season

"Unbroken" may only be the second film Angelina Jolie has ever directed, but she set the bar ridiculously high for herself and was therefore expecting to be acknowledged. If you told us even a year ago that this film would be overlooked, even at the Golden Globes, while Jennifer Aniston scored a nomination instead it would have been unimaginable. Yet that is what has happened and it has reportedly left Jolie reeling. Even though this past year was loaded with personal highlights, such as her marriage to Brad Pitt, Jolie is still a workaholic who expects to do well enough to rack up award nominations. According to a report by Page Six, she is upset she and "Unbroken" were overlooked. Sources close to the voting system claim that if it was a few years ago, her star power would have been enough to get a nod or two from the foreign press. This year has been packed with great projects, and the press felt that, comparatively, "Unbroken" was not good enough. Not measuring up is unfamiliar territory for Jolie, so no wonder she is upset by the snub. She does still have a chance to grab an Oscar nomination, though. Those will be announced Thursday morning, Jan. 15, and Jolie is likely looking for some validation that her work is worthy of the Academy's acknowledgment this year.
  • Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Had Civil Service in States Before French Wedding

Is it really surprising to learn that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were actually legally married long before they formally swapped vows last August in France? The actress recently decided to come clean and admit that she and Pitt called a justice of the peace and signed on the dotted lines to make their 10-year union a legally binding situation before they even considered planning a French celebration. According to a source at "Us Weekly," as far back as last March Jolie was telling one of its reporters that she was already married and now it sounds like she may have been telling the truth even then. None of this is really surprising because, according to French law, in order to marry legally in that country you need to be a permanent, full-time resident of whatever part of the country you are choosing to marry in. While Jolie and Pitt have fabulous property in France, their main home is in the U.S., so they needed to be legally married here first in order to even have a French wedding. What is interesting is how for years Jolie really downplayed the importance of another marriage and, when it came time to go ahead and marry Pitt, she made it sound like she was doing it for the kids. But if they really were married for months before their August ceremony, then maybe it really was more important to Jolie and Pitt than they originally let on. It is interesting because this is one of those A-list couples that proves that if a celebrity really wants to keep things private, they can. There are always ways to get around the paparazzi in order to have normal life events — even for people like Jolie and Pitt!
  • Brad Pitt Leads Coldplay Sing-Along for 'Selma' Actor David Oyelowo at Film Festival Gala

Brad Pitt is not a singer by trade, but the actor has gotten plenty of chances to show off his voice in the past. Scenes in "Happy Feet Two," "Never Girl" and "Johnny Suede" come to mind. So its no surprise that Pitt showed off his pipes in front of a large audience on Saturday night while introducing "Selma" actor David Oyelowo at a film festival gala in Palm Springs, California.
  • Jennifer Aniston Ignores Rumors: 'We Know Our Truth'

It seems like Jennifer Aniston has gone through a major transformation, one not limited to the big screen. Sure, her performance in the indie flick "Cake" has won critical acclaim and the best actress nominations keep rolling in, but have you noticed how different Aniston sounds in her interviews? She has spent the last few months heavily promoting a few projects and her whole demeanor seems different. Gone is that sad creature whom Brad Pitt left and what has replaced her is a strong, centered woman, one who does not care about what the tabloids have to say about her. Aniston sat for an interview with "CBS Sunday Morning" that will air this weekend, and in it she addresses her attitude shift when it comes to dealing with the overzealous press. "I think I used to ... really, there was a period where I was hell-bent on saying, 'That's not true, that's not right, that's not fair.' And now I just think you have to let it roll off your back, and you realize, I think everyone knows it's all B.S. and like soap opera on paper. The main thing is to try to just keep refocusing back on what you know is true and what makes you guys happy and, you know, we know what our truth is. That's all just static," explained the actress. Before her recent media blitz, Aniston was plagued by rumors that she and fiance Justin Theroux have pulled the plug on their extended romance. Now after listening to this newly evolved woman, it seems more likely that she and Theroux have figured out how to make things actually work while under the celebrity spotlight and it might include keeping things extremely private.
  • Jennifer Aniston Covers 'Allure,' Lashes Out at Those Who Have Tried to Guilt Her for Not Having Kids Yet

In the last decade very few celebs have seen their personal life get splattered across the covers of various weekly publications quite like Jennifer Aniston has. She and Brad Pitt split up a decade ago and tabloids still reference them several times a week. It must make it ridiculously hard to move on from a broken relationship and even tougher to learn how not to care what complete strangers are saying. As Aniston has spent the last several weeks promoting her new films she seems different. Rather than dismissing the nonsense, she has been tackling it head-on, which is kind of cool for a change.
  • Angelina Jolie Rumored to Starve Herself to Stay Thin

Angelina Jolie has been earning rave reviews for her dedicated work on "Unbroken." The star recently admitted that she has enjoyed directing so much that it is likely that she will be trading her time in front of the camera for a spot behind it in the next phase of her career. Her work in chronicling Louis Zamperini's life as he went from an Olympic-level athlete to a POW has been considered Oscar-worthy, and the actors who she directed have offered up nothing but praise for her. They have also mentioned the fact that Jolie ate little and lost weight while working on the film. This little detail has caused the usual rash of insinuations in the press that Jolie has some food issues that flare up when she is under stress. It is not the first time we have heard the whispers and it is unlikely to be the last, either. She is the kind of A-list celebrity who ends up having her every move over-analyzed. Before hooking up with Brad Pitt and having six children, Jolie was known for her wild ways and a lot of unhealthy habits. Perhaps not eating enough is one of the few that has stuck.
  • NBC's Tom Brokaw Makes Other Networks Jealous By Scoring Angelina Jolie Interview

Angelina Jolie has been working hard to promote her new film "Unbroken," which is the story of Louis Zamperini's life from Olympic long-distance runner to World War II prisoner of war. She has worked closely with NBC and let it into her tight circle as it works on a documentary about Zamperini and how she has brought his story to the big screen. Tom Brokaw has spent quite a bit of time with Jolie in recent months, and this morning, Nov. 25, on "Today" we caught a glimpse of his exclusive sit-down interview with her. Aside from this huge project, Jolie has had a lot of other things going on in her life, including her recent marriage to Brad Pitt. Brokaw took the time to ask Jolie about their new status as husband and wife after already spending a decade together.
  • Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Caught Fighting While Promoting 'Unbroken' in Australia

It's been a really long time since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie seemed any less than blissfully happy together, hasn't it? Apparently their time spent in Australia last week to promote Jolie's new film Unbroken, ended up being a bit strained, proving that they are just like everyone else. According to a report by Australia Woman's Day, Pitt and Jolie were caught having a blow out on their hotel in Sydney.
  • Brad Pitt to Play Bruce Springsteen in Biopic?

Let the rumors begin. A-list actor Brad Pitt is reportedly trying to play Bruce Springsteen in a biopic. Early reports claim that Pitt is raising funds to make a movie tentatively titled "The Boss." Springsteen has been approached many times before, but a source told the "The National Enquirer" that Pitt's involvement has peaked the rock star's interest. Now, you have to take anything from "TNE" with caution, but it's certainly a discussion worth having. A comprehensive biography titled "Bruce" came out in 2012, and it would provide decent source material for a movie. The aging rocker is still as active as ever in the music scene, which would potentially hinder a film production, though. And it's great that Pitt may want to do this, but there are other actors to consider for the part of the polarizing frontman. "Bruce is 65 now and he feels it's time, and this is Brad Pitt, so he is thinking it over," the source said. "Bruce and Brad share a desire to unite the world and serve the underrepresented and help the working people around the globe."
