• Jeremih Featured In Maejor's "Get You Alone" Music Video [WATCH]

Detroit R&B singer, Maejor, has shared the music video for his new single, "Get You Alone" featuring Jeremih, which you can check out here. The video is pretty straightforward with Maejor singing the song near a hot tub while girls in bikinis smear glow in the dark paint over his body. Jeremih makes an appearance in the song's second half (it actually comes off like a completely different song entirely, which is pretty cool), singing/rapping about being "a fat kid for that fat ass," so you know this guy's a sweetheart.
  • Fabolous Says Drake Apologized For Rolling Stone Diss

In February, Drake was quoted by Rolling Stone saying some controversial off-the-record comments about other rappers like Jay Z, Kanye West and Fabolous. The fallout from those comments has since died down and all parties have kissed and made up since they were all friends before and remain friends after. Fabolous never spoke on those Drake comments, until he was posed the question by MTV and he brushed off the whole ordeal, revealing that it was taken care of privately.
  • The-Dream Shares New Song "Fruition" From Upcoming Album [LISTEN]

Earlier this month, R&B singer-songwriter The-Dream debuted his new single "Fruition" the old-fashioned way: through the radio. Now, a radio rip of the single has surfaced online, which you can check out below. The track is a slick piece of R&B driven by some electric piano, drum machine, and electric guitar licks, and sounds like no other mainstream R&B artist currently working right now.
  • Fabolous Drops New Song "I Don't F--k With Christmas" With Funny Or Die [WATCH]

Fabolous just dropped a new song called "I Don't F**k With Christmas." The rapper goes full Grinch on his collaboration with Funny or Die. Merry Christmas? More like Merry Diss-mas! Not even Santa and his reindeer are safe from Fabolous' wrath, and all he has to say for the elves is "go f**k yourselves. I don't like ya'll neither."
  • Fabolous Unveils Tracklist for 'The Young OG Project'

Earlier this month, Fabolous announced the release date for his forthcoming album "The Young OG Project." He also dropped a trailer, and now he is unveiling more deets with the release of the album's tracklist, which features Rich Homie Quan, Chris Brown and more. According to "XXL," "The Young OG Project" will also feature French Montana and Kevin Hart makes a guest appearance on a track called "Cinnamon Apple." Fans have been patiently waiting for Fab to drop an album for some time now. He first announced he would release "Loso's Way 2" in 2010, but with the album's many delays, it seems the Brooklyn rhymer decided to take a different route, naming his forthcoming release after a track from his critically acclaimed "Soul Tape 3." And for those who enjoyed hip-hop in the 1990s, "The Young OG Project" will be right up your alley. Fab recently said the album will be "very '90s-inspired and '90s-themed."
  • Rich Homie Quan Shares 'Ain't Trippin'' Feat. Young Thug, 'Blah Blah Blah' Remix [LISTEN]

Fresh off the success of their recent Rich Gang mixtape, Atlanta rappers Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug have shared a new collaborative track titled "Ain't Trippin'," which you can check out below. It is not clear if this is a leftover from their Rich Gang sessions, though it could also be a new cut, since their co-conspirator Birdman does not make an appearance. Though the track definitely has a typical hip-hop beat — typical for 2014, anyway — there seems to be more singing than rapping going on. You can check out Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug's "Ain't Trippin'" here: Quan and Thug's Rich Gang mixtape "Tha Tour: Part 1" was released in September and spawned six singles: "Tell Em (Lies)," "Imma Ride," "Freestyle," "Soldier," "Milk Marie" and "Flava." "Tha Tour: Part 1" was Quan and Thug's most-recent, full-length release, and neither have yet to release a studio album. Thug claims his debut album will be titled "Tha Carter VI," since Lil Wayne plans on "Tha Carter V" on being his last, while Quan's upcoming album has yet to be given a title. "You can expect Drake on my album. You can expect Boosie on my album," Quan told "Hot New Hip-Hop." "You can expect Thug on there. You can expect Wayne ... I gotta get Nicki on there." "That's why I'm still waiting," he continued, "That's why you ain't heard it yet. I'm still working on it. I gotta get Big Sean on there. A lot of these my idols. People I looked up to coming into the game." In other Rich Homie Quan news, the 25-year-old rapper also shared a remix of his track "Blah Blah Blah" yesterday, featuring new verses from Ty Dolla $ign, Fabolous and Dej Loaf. You can check out that track here:
  • Fabolous Releases Vid for 'Lituation' After Announcing 'Young OG Project' Release Date [WATCH]

Fabolous kicked off December with some good news. He signed a deal with Roc Nation and announced the release date for his forthcoming album "The Young OG Project." The New York rapper just offered up the first glimpse of the project with a video for a track called "Lituation." In the visual directed by Gerald Victor, Fab creates the film "King of New York" as he takes on the role of Christopher Walken. Things get pretty heavy after Fab catches a body. He is forced to dip off with a bad yellow bone riding shotgun. "You can come into a situation and it can be [calm] and you can turn it up and get it a little lit," Fab told MTV when asked to explain the song's title. "It's a very aggressive New York street record and I wanted to start with that just to get the feel, and get you there first, [then] the rest of the album will take you different places."

  • Lil Wayne, Big Sean, More Drop Verses In DJ Mustard's "Face Down" Lyric Video [WATCH]

Hip-hop producer DJ Mustard has shared the lyric video for his track "Face Down," featuring Lil Wayne, Big Sean, YG, and Lil Boosie, which you can check out below. The video basically shifts back and forth between two background images: a silhouette of a pole-dancing stripper for the chorus (of course) and a ton of neon-lit hundred dollar bills floating through space for the verses (of course). As for the lyrics themselves, let's just say that these aren't exactly the type of lyrics that deserve any extra attention, but here we are.
