    As Australia took a collective breather from a weekend of partying at Stereosonic, Electronic Music Conference or EMC got into full swing Tuesday morning with a whole host of different panels and discussions on various topics within dance music, its future and how it is impacting Australia and Asia. In one of those discussions, "Dim Mak and Discovering Talent", Steve Aoki was joined by Australian dance music label Vicious Recordings general manager John Course to try and parse out some advice and useful tips for unsigned artists looking to get their music placed on an influential dance music label.

    Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella has announced in a Facebook post the dates for the Electric Daisy Carnival's 2015 Las Vegas event, which will return to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 19 to 21. According to "Your EDM," the 2015 festival will also bring back its weeklong EDMbiz Conference & Expo, which will run from June 16 to 23. "Let's celebrate under the electric sky and watch the sun rise together!" Rotella wrote in the Facebook announcement. "Come one, come all, come home."   • Mysteryland USA Set To Increase Size From 7,500 To 20,000 in 2015

    After its debut this year at Bethel Woods, New York, Mysteryland USA will be getting be getting even bigger this year. According to a local paper, the Record Online, the festival was given the permits to expand the festival from 7,500 people to 20,000 people. The festival organizers, ID&T were given unanimous approval, something Electric Forest was not given, for its new site plan during a Tuesday planning board meeting with the town.

    Belgian EDM festival Tomorrowland has shared the official Aftermovie of this year's event, which took place in Boom, Belgium on July 18, 19, and 20, and again on July 25, 26, and 27. The Aftermovie is an annual recap film that documents some of the award-winning festival's highlights. Some headliners at this year's Tomorrowland festival included Steve Aoki, Skrillex, Diplo, Tiësto, and David Guetta (who had a mild existential crisis on stage, which was of course gloriously captured on video).
