• Geraldo: Michael Slager Won't Be Convicted of Murdering Walter Scott

The case of former South Carolina police officer Michael Slager, who shot and killed Walter Scott last week after a traffic stop went horribly wrong, has gripped the country for days. While two videos have surfaced -- one from a police dash cam and the other now-infamous footage filmed by a bystander -- there is always room to debate the murder charge that has been filed against Slager. Who better to argue what might have seemed like an obvious outcome then Geraldo Rivera? Rivera believes that Slager will never be convicted of murdering Scott.
  • Dave Matthews Band Instagram Christmas Wishes [PHOTO]

  • Amy Adams 'Today' Interview Canceled: Refused to Discuss Sony Hack

Amy Adams held her ground with NBC executives yesterday and it cost her a promotional interview on "Today." The show wanted to get her opinion on one of the hottest topics out there now — the hacking of Sony — and apparently Adams refused to comment publicly. Her name has been mentioned in some of the leaked emails that prove she and Jennifer Lawrence were paid considerably less than their male costars in "American Hustle." It was a topic Adams refused to touch, so "Today" decided to cancel her interview on the spot in spite of her being there to actually promote her new film "Big Eyes." What actually transpired in the green room depends on who you ask. Adams's team insists she carried herself with grace while NBC insiders are saying things got heated and her attitude did not win her any fans. According to "Us Weekly," it was just business as usual for the morning show.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Funds Another Music Vid for Daughter's Group 3KT Despite Being Broke

Teresa Giudice has spent the last few months talking about how careful she needs to be with money now that she has admitted to a slew of financial crimes and still owes more than $200,000 in restitution, but she seems to be having a tough time actually doing it. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has always had a difficult time telling her kids that they cannot have something, and now that Giudice is just weeks away from turning herself in to a Connecticut prison camp, saying no is even tougher. That is probably why when 13-year-old Gia Guidice's all-girl group 3KT failed to make enough money to fund a music video through a Kickstarter campaign, it was Teresa to the rescue. According to a report by Radar Online, the campaign raised only a little more than $900 of the $7,500 needed to make the video so 3KT's manager canceled the initial shoot. There was no way Giudice was going to allow her oldest daughter to be disappointed heading into the last holiday they will be able to spend together for a while, so she decided to foot a nice chunk of the bill to get the video made.
