Shock rocker Marilyn Manson announced that his upcoming album will be titled The Pale Emperor and will hit retailers Jan. 20. The album will be the "Coma White" singer's first collection of new material since 2012's "Born Villain."Manson and Co. shared the album's insanely dark lead single, "Third Day of a Seven Day Binge," which will be one of 10 tracks on the record — see below — last month. According to "Rolling Stone," the iTunes version of the album will come with three additional tracks: "Day 3," "Fated, Faithful, Fatal" and "Fall of the House of Death." Fans can preorder the standard edition on Manson's website or the deluxe edition on iTunes now. -

Music Video for AC/DC 'Play Ball' to Premiere This Week
AC/DC's music video for "Play Ball" will premiere online this week. "Play Ball" is taken from AC/DC's upcoming artist album "Rock or Bust," set for release Dec. 2. According to Blabbermouth, the clip was shot Oct. 3 to 4 with director David Mallet at Black Island Studios in Middlesex, England.In the preview clip below, Mallet, who has worked with the band for 24 years, dubs the shoot, remarking, "They have never come out with any pretense to be anything else than the best rock-and-roll band in the world." -

Word on the Web is Beyoncé is in hot water after being accused of stealing a song from her backup singer. According to Javon Lee, the "Drunk in Love" songstress stole his melody to create the hit song "XO."As reported by "TheGrio," Lee filed a suit claiming the track infringes upon his copyright and wants $3 million in damages. His track "XOXO" was released six months prior to Beyoncé's December 2013 "XO" debut.In the legal filings, he writes that "I am seeking the earnings she has made from the copied record. Also live performances, etc. I would like money compensation of $3 million, or whichever is greater." -

A lawsuit that has gone on for three years has been declared over after roughly nothing happened. A judge in New York City awarded composer Jack Urbont the victory over rapper Ghostface Killah based largely on the fact that the emcee refused to take part in the lawsuit. Or, more accurately, couldn't be found to deal with the lawsuit. -
Pharrell Plays New Collaboration with Gwen Stefani 'Spark the Fire' at Odd Future Carnival
This past weekend, at Odd Future Carnival at The Park @ LA Coliseum, which featured the Odd Future crew, Rick Ross, and Schoolboy Q, among others, Pharrell set the Internet on fire when he reunited N.E.R.D. onstage for a special performance to close out the festival. Almost lost in the shuffle of all that was a new song Pharrell played for the crowd off his phone. He unveiled his new collaboration track with fellow "Voice" coach Gwen Stefani titled "Spark the Fire."Taking out his phone, he decided to plug it into the speakers and play it from there."I just wanna see y'all faces when it come on," Pharrell said to the crowd. "It's called 'Spark the Fire' — it's about feminism."As reported by Vibe, "Spark the Fire" is rumored to be her next release. -
