    Hillary Clinton has spent the last few weeks basking in the joys of finally being a grandmother, and she made it clear last month that she was not going to make a decision about whether or not she was going to run for the presidency until after the start of 2015. The time off made sense, as she wanted to focus on family, but by setting a time frame for deciding on another huge political campaign, she gave potential voters something to anticipate. That time frame might have been short lived, though, because a new report out today is saying Clinton might end up announcing her plans long before next year.
