On Sept. 30, Michael Phelps was arrested in Baltimore on suspicion of a DUI and quickly took to his Twitter to apologize to his fans for exercising bad judgment. It wasn't the first time the Olympic champion swimmer had gotten behind the wheel while inebriated, either. In 2004, he was also popped for a DUI and offered up a similar kind of apology as well as a promise to use better judgment in the future. At this point, Phelps seems to be admitting he needs more help to reel in his notorious partying. Phelps posted a message to fans on his Facebook page, admitting it's time to enter rehab. -

Potentially great news for "Sex and the City" fans, it looks like a third film may really be more than just a distant dream. Last February, "SATC" producer Michael Patrick King mentioned in an interview that he believed the beloved series had one story left to tell. Carrie Bradshaw herself, Sarah Jessica Parker, agreed with him shortly thereafter and seemed open to the possibility. Jennifer Hudson, who played Louise from St. Louis in the first "SATC" film, did an interview with Dish Nation the other night and kind of let the cat out of the bag. -

Paul Revere, the organist and bandleader for Paul Revere and The Raiders—one of the more under-appreciated gems of the rock 'n' roll era-has died, according to Rolling Stone. The band's official website didn't reveal a cause of death but it's believed that Revere had been dealing with cancer during the last year with his life. -
