• Oprah Winfrey Gives Lindsay Lohan Docu-Series a Second Season on OWN

Lindsay Lohan is in London starring in the West End stage version of "Speed-the-Plow," which has garnered mixed reviews. Some critics have blasted her performance while a few seem to think she is doing a "good" job of keeping herself together. At least Lohan is showing up and delivering on some level. Over the weekend, Oprah Winfrey attended a show and Lohan posted a photo with her on Twitter referring to Winfrey as her "fairy godmother." Last spring, Lohan's docu-series aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network, presenting the troubled star in a realistic light. Viewers watched as Lohan battled to stay clean, argued with producers and refused to show up and do her job. Everyone figured it would be a few forgettable episodes, but it seems Winfrey is giving Lohan a second season.
  • Spotify Hosting 'Secret' Meetings to Sway Performers in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville

Perhaps you've heard. Of course you've heard: Some musicians just don't like the concept of music streaming very much. Thom Yorke has been among the most hardcore of opponents for sites such as Spotify, even while releasing his new solo album largely for free on a torrent site. That's how much he hates streaming. Spotify is trying to win some of the doubters over to its side and it seems to be having super-private meetings with the performers themselves to do so.

In a recent interview with the Canadian magazine, Fashion, the 24-year old songstress claims that her girlfriends have had the strongest influence on her in the last year. She also is hell-bent on finding comfort in her own skin and not caring about how others' present themselves.
  • Will 'The Blacklist' Crash And Burn Like Several Other Hotly Anticipated Shows Have?

We are only two weeks into the new fall season and already fans are weighing in on what shows are clicking- and what ones need to get it together quickly. At this time last season all eyes were glued to The Blacklist. James Spader seems unable to do any wrong while onscreen and his ingenious way of bringing Ray Reddington to life had instant fans begging for more. Throughout the season so many questions went unanswered which was cool for viewers' who love a slow build up as long as there is a pay off in the end. Unfortunately, creeping into season two something feels very off to fans. It's not the kind of thing that you can put your finger on either, it's just not working as well it seems.
  • After Disastrous 'Elusive Chanteuse' Opening In Tokyo It Seems Mariah Carey's Personal Problems May Be Affecting Her Work

Mariah Carey fans were so hopeful that her opening night of The Elusive Chanteuse World Tour would go off without a hitch. As Carey took the stage in Tokyo on Saturday night it became clear very quickly that the diva was way off of her game. She failed to hit her notes on "Always Be My Baby," "Vision Of Love" and "My All," and then appeared to forget the lyrics to "We Belong Together," Instead of great videos of her performance hitting the web the songbird's nightmare performance has popped up everywhere leaving many to ponder whether or not Carey was really ready to perform.
