The Los Angeles Branch of the House of Blues will be demolished at some point during 2015 to make room for a new residential project, the company announced Tuesday. The developers behind the project, AECOM and Combined Properties Inc., plan on a nearly 150-room hotel, 40 condominiums and five rental units. Somewhat ironically, a new concert venue is part of the grand design. -
