It has been almost three decades since the tragic death of Kurt Cobain.

However, one individual has dedicated their time to investigating the case.

Kurt Cobain 'Official' Autopsy?

This individual made waves by releasing what they believe to be the authentic autopsy report, which had remained undisclosed to the public until now.

Per a tweet by Tom Grant, "Download link for a free copy of the Kurt Cobain Autopsy Report at: https://cobaincase.com/Cobain Autopsy.pdf Copy/paste the entire link, including 'Autopsy.pdf' into your browser window). This is the first time this report has been made public."

It is evident from the outset that Tom possesses a personal website, cobaincase.com, that meticulously documents his investigation into the mysterious death case.

His investigation dates back to the tragic incident when Kurt tragically ended his own life in 1994.

Interestingly, Tom has reached his conclusions regarding this perplexing matter.

However, the document he has recently shared online is the real game-changer for fans of the late rock star.

Shocking New Details

Tom's conviction in its authenticity was unwavering, according to TMZ. However, the origins of this valuable item remained shrouded in mystery, as he chose not to divulge the details of its acquisition.

The autopsy report of Kurt Cobain, once kept under lock and key, remained concealed due to certain lawful restrictions imposed by the state of Washington.

In this comprehensive autopsy report, there are valuable and new details on the substances detected in Kurt's system during that time. It appears that a combination of various substances was present.

Unfortunately, the outlet's diligent efforts to authenticate the said official autopsy report were hindered as the officials from King County declined to comment, citing the Washington law once again.

Meanwhile, many fans have mixed reactions to the latest details surrounding Kurt Cobain's suicide.

One person wrote in response, "I've just read it. I'm struggling to see why it's been kept private for so long. The heroin amount is the only real red flag (that I can see). I was led to believe by a youtuber that the mark on his leg was more than an abrasion. Thanks for sharing it Tom!"

Another speculated, "Coming back to this now, it's been pointed out that foam in the trachea might be evidence of a heroin overdose - maybe meaning he died from the heroin as suspected and then shot after death."

However, some believe that the document may be fake.

"Omg seriously. They forgot to mention a head wound in the body drawing. Poor copy. Get it right @tomgrantpi missing pages etc. Fake."
