As people continue to talk about Spears and her relationship with ex-BF Justin Timberlake, the Pop Princess seemed to be threatening to pursue legal action.
Britney Spears Suing Someone?
In her Instagram account which has since been made private, Britney Spears posted yet another cryptic photo of a torn Basketball ring that shows the moon at its ring.
While the choice of picture would make everyone think, her caption seemed to be suggesting something grave.
"Someone told me someone was talking shit about me on the streets!!! Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time ??? I'm not sorry !!!" she wrote in the caption.
As expected, many thought that it was Justin Timberlake that she was referring to.
Justin Timberlake Swearing Britney Spears?
In his recent New York show, Justin Timberlake shocked many when he took a huge jab at Britney Spears when he addressed the crowd.
He said that he "like to take this opportunity to apologize - to absolutely f------ nobody". The comment came after Britney Spears apologized on her Instagram for including Timberlake and her abortion confession which resulted in a flurry of attacks on the singer.

"I really apologize if I upset anyone that I genuinely care about. I also wanted to convey how much I adore the new song Selfish by Justin Timberlake. It is so good - and how come every time I see Justin and Jimmy together, I laugh so hard?" she said in a now-deleted post.
Fans have since dragged Timberlake on social media for his comment.
"Absolutely disgusting that in 2024 and after Britney literally promoted his trashy song, this a------ Justin Timberlake is shading her," one tweeted while another said "He really can't make it work without her, can he? He's nothing by himself."
"He never deserved the class and kindness she showed him. Gloves off," another commented, while another said "@jtimberlake you're pathetic, bullying Britney is what you did to build your career, cuz otherwise without her you wouldn't have one & you still continue to do it"
