Zac Efron is "happy" with the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce comparisons to his and Vanessa Hudgens' character on "High School Musical."
In "High School Musical," Efron's athlete character Troy Bolton, was smitten with the singing braniac Gabriella Montez, played by Hudgens in the trilogy.

Speaking to E! News, Zac Efron revealed his thoughts on the comparison between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship to his and Hudges' fictional ones.
"Wow, I didn't think about that," Efron revealed. "That's really cool. Shout out to all the High School Musical fans."
Efron played Troy Bolton, a basketball captain turned high school singing sensation in East High School in Albuquerque, Nex Mexico. The film trilogy has since become a cult classic watch for generations to come.
"I love the whole Travis, Taylor thing," he went on to say. "Man, I'm so happy for them. They're two of the best people in the world. How can you not be stoked?"

Fans Compare Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift To Troy & Gabriella
On social media, one particular tweet went viral that caught the attention of many, including Vanessa Hudgens.
"the chiefs game and the golden globes being within hours of each other reminds me when Troy and Gabriella had the basketball game and the academic decathlon at the same time as the audition for the school musical," a fan shared.
Hudgens reacted to the said tweet on Instagram, saying it's hilarious.
Some even said that Taylor should have done some Gabriella Montez-type of behavior at the Super Bowl.
