The heartfelt gesture happened on Monday at Swift's last performance in Sydney, only a few hours before Scott "Papa" Swift is accused of attacking a local photographer.

Katie Patching, a resident of the Central Coast, was sat with her three kids, ages four, six, and thirteen, in an area with restricted view.

"I just had to chuck them on my hip because they couldn't see anything," the mother said to Triple M's Paddy & Maz about having to carry her two youngest girls on her hip since they were unable to see the artist.

"Do you want to come into VIP with Scott Swift?" said security as they approached us. "To be honest, it didn't really register." She said, "I was just so focused on the stage."

"They were so lovely. Like, Scott even was moving the seats forward to the front of the barrier for the girls, so they could be as close as possible," she gushed.

Moreover, her 13-year-old had "freaked out" since Sabrina Carpenter was also in the VIP area.

She shared this was such a core memory for them. It is something they will always remember. When the girls are older, twenty years from now, they will still be reminiscing about this.

The heartfelt act happened on Monday at Swift's last performance in Sydney, just a few hours before Scott "Papa" Swift is accused of attacking a local photographer.

The video, which was uploaded to TikTok by a Swiftie, has Scott speaking with security at the front of a crowded throng before pointing out the young mother and her children.

Papa Swift Wins the Internet

Swifties applauded Scott's remarkable deed of generosity on social media. Many said they were touched. "No words for how awesome Scott Swift is," one fan wrote. Another expressed, "I started crying. What a deserving mum."

This highlights the person that Scott Swift is. It could not come at a better time, as some believe that he just assaulted a photographer.

It can be remembered that earlier this week, Australia's Sky News reported that Scott, 71, had been accused of assaulting a photographer on Sydney's North Shore hours after Taylor Swift's latest performance.

In a statement to People magazine, police reported that they have to investigate an "alleged assault after a 71-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man at Neutral Bay Wharf" on Tuesday afternoon.

"The younger man reported the incident and inquiries are now underway by officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command. The man did not require medical treatment," according to police.

Afterwards though, Taylor Swift's rep said in a statement that Papa Swift was just being a protective father. There was shoving going on as "individuals" followed the singer and her entourage.

"Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water." The investigation is still ongoing though.
