In the past few months, Beliebers and eagle-eyed netizens have been discussing Hailey and Justin Bieber's divorce.

Although no definite evidence has emerged, fans have pointed out several clues that allude to the truthfulness of such reports and rumors.

Now, The Sun did some deep digging and found out that Hailey has since "abandoned" using Hailey Bieber on her trademarks.

Hailey Bieber No More?

The Sun reported that amid the Justin Bieber divorce rumors, they found out that Hailey Bieber is no longer using "Hailey Bieber" as a trademark.

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Hailey abandoned her "Hailey Bieber" trademark on Sept. 13, 2021.

Since marrying Justin in September 2018, Hailey immediately filed for the trademark "Hailey Bieber" in October 2018. Upon further investigation, the trademark has since been "abandoned because no Statement of Use or Extension Request was timely filed after Notice of Allowance was issued."

The trademark's owner listed Rhodedeodato Corp, possibly a company owned by Hailey Bieber, in New York. Meanwhile, her Rhode trademarks are still intact but registered in California.

Hailey Rhode Beauty and Rhode Beauty have been abandoned since May and October 2020.
