Since rescuing his puppy Buttons, Liam Gallagher has stated that he "doesn't want to go on tour anymore."

Last year, Buttons' previous owners left her in the forest because she was "not cute enough," and the musician adopted her from a Thai refuge.

Liam Gallagher Will Stop Touring for Buttons

Since then, the former leader of Oasis has disclosed how much he loves his new family member and is hesitant to embark on a tour with them.

This past weekend, after the release of their new joint album, "Liam Gallagher John Squire," Gallagher was discussing his bond with Buttons on The Jonathan Ross Show with John Squire.

"I don't want to go on tour no more," he said on Saturday (March 9). "I want to stay home now." Gallagher said, "No," because "I don't know if she would like it," in response to the talk show host's question on whether he would ever take Buttons on tour with him.

The performer responded, ""No, I'm just going to keep it as it is because she's perfect. Don't want to be spoiling the party, know what I mean?"

It was through the Happy Doggo refuge in Thailand that Gallagher was able to find his dog.

Will He Prevent an Oasis Tour, Though?

Founder Niall Harbison expressed his surprise at seeing Gallagher's name among the applications to adopt Buttons in an interview with Sky News.

According to Harbison, the singer submitted an adoption request for Buttons using the regular Google form.

However, the singer's concerns were allayed when he participated in a video interview with the "Wonderwall" singer and his girlfriend to determine whether the singer's home would be a suitable home for the dog, as is customary for all applicants.

With her new home in the UK, Buttons traveled approximately 6,000 miles (9,500 km) by air.

Hopefully, he does not mean he's willing to not go on an Oasis tour, if his brother Noel softens up and agrees to such an event.

Speaking in the most recent issue of MOJO magazine, Liam Gallagher disclosed that Noel Gallagher declined a proposal to resurrect Oasis in honor of Definitely Maybe's upcoming 30th anniversary.

"Noel? He ain't fucking doing it," Liam tells MOJO's Ted Kessler in this month's MOJO cover feature.

Liam Gallagher is celebrating the anniversary of Oasis' debut album with a UK stadium tour in June.

Ironically, Noel Gallagher recently recommended on Talksport Radio that Liam should just ring him up to see about mending the divide that has remained since Oasis split in 2009.

But when Liam did, all he got was a cold shoulder.

"I did call him! Well, my people called Noel's management team," reports Liam. "We put an offer on the table for an Oasis thing - because we got offered it - and he said no. It was a big tour, a lot of money. He turned it down. I get it, he's got a divorce going down. I'll do the Definitely Maybe thing and have a nice time without him." So in case Noel changes his mind, Liam should do it, even with Buttons in tow.
