Britney Spears' most recent diet has allowed her to step into a new "spiritual dimension."
After reading Stephen Harrod Buhner's The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Path to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation, the 42-year-old revealed on Friday that she had begun intermittent fasting.
Britney Spears Feeling Weak and Tiny
"It can make you feel weak for a few days but then you get a natural high from all the toxins being released ... I actually feel a little too tiny and weak to even think about shooting for Instagram right now," she wrote.
"But honestly, I like this spiritual dimension I'm on ... I think we all have our level of prayer ... I think I've experienced pretty low levels but also the highest levels as well," she continued. "It's purification in its upmost way and to go into your body and mind to find your most enlightened state of consciousness seems so rad!!!" she ended.

Britney Spears Posts Nude Again
Just a day before, the "Toxic" singer flaunted her body by posting completely nude phot shot on a private beach.
This time, in contrast to her previous sultry photos, she was facing the camera and barely covered her privates. She also uploaded a video of herself flipping her hair and gazing back, saying, "so you see the pics are real."
Spears's long blonde hair was styled in naturally disheveled beach waves for the images.
She also chose to highlight her inherent beauty by not wearing any makeup. The only accessories the singer wore were silver hoops earrings and a black lace choker.
She had previously shared almost identical pictures from her October 2023 trip to French Polynesia, so the images looked to be throwbacks.
Britney Spears' Phone Stolen
After posting the nude photos, Spears also shared that her phone was stolen.
She said eight months ago, she had a dinner date with a friend and the next day, she realized her phone with glittery case is gone -- apparently stolen.
She said the had the phone since 2016 and it had several photos of her children on it. She seemed to suggest a conspiracy theory, implying that the incident had something to do with her split with her ex, Sam Asghari, since it happened on the same day.
No New Britney Spears Music
In another news, Britney Spears felt compelled once more to emphasize that she's never going back to making music after reports she was getting ready to drop a new album. She called the reports trash.
