Chappell Roan is making the most of her release week.

As the rising pop star gears up to release her new single, "Good Luck, Babe!," on Friday, April 5, she made her mark in New England, playing her last show opening for Olivia Rodrigo on the GUTS Tour and bringing her solo concert to Connecticut, with a casual lecture at the prestigious Harvard Medical School thrown in.

Following stops in Nashville, Dallas, Miami, and more, Roan bid farewell to Rodrigo's sell-out tour on April 2. Throughout her 45-minute opening set, she performed songs from her acclaimed debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, which was released last year.

Prior to her final performance at Boston's TD Garden Arena, Roan reportedly visited Harvard Med School for a speaking engagement. While details are sparse on what the "Pink Pony Club" singer actually presented at the university, a student who attended took to X to share photos and an inside look at what went down.

"The amazing, incomparable @ChappellRoan gave an amazing talk at @harvardmed today," he wrote. "A true queer icon doing good in this world :') literally SO SLAY and a room of so much queer love IT WAS SPECTACULAR!!!"

The photos feature the "Red Wine Supernova" songstress stripped down from her usual drag queen-inspired concert get-ups, instead decked out in what appears to be a white medical jacket and stethoscope.

Reading from her laptop, Roan stands in front of a screen that reads "Becoming a Queer Icon" while she addresses the students. The rising LGBTQ+ champion seemingly stuck around after to take pictures and greet students.

Following the talk, Roan took her "Femininomenon" to Rodrigo's GUTS Tour one last time, giving the "Vampire" singer's fans one last look at her country-glam party-girl aesthetic.

Once her work was done, the "My Kink Is Karma" singer snuck into the front row of the pit to watch Rodrigo's performance. As the "Drivers License" songstress finished her own performance, she jumped down to see fans at the barricade.

Roan went in for an embrace, prompting Rodrigo to pull her out in front of the camera and display her on the jumbo-tron. The audience cheered as Rodrigo planted a kiss on Roan's cheek to celebrate their final night together.

Although her time on the GUTS Tour has come to an end, Roan still has a slew of solo concerts and festival performances lined up throughout the year. On April 3, she traveled to Connecticut for a concert at New Haven's College Street Music Hall. Prior to the show, Roan performed a soundcheck for select fans who had purchased a premium ticket. While she typically covers Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" during her solo concerts, the VIP listeners were treated to a surprise Taylor Swift cover. Chappell Roan's cover of "Love Story" off of Swift's Fearless album sent social media Swifties into a frenzy, branding it as "incredible" and a "blessing."

Now, capping off a jam-packed week, Roan drops her new single on April 5. Billed as "the first song of the next chapter," the track has been frequently teased on social media and performed in concerts.

"I'm always nervous releasing new art," she wrote on Instagram. "But this one feels so bubbly and exciting."

Following the single, Roan is set to perform at Coachella, the Governors Ball, Bonnaroo, and more. She also still has select solo concerts slated for London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and more.
