Taylor Swift is one of the biggest entertainers and performers on the planet today. And that talent comes with a hefty price tag.

Rapper French Montana shared a screenshot on his social media last month that he was offered to perform for $1 million along with an unnamed artist for $9 million. In a new interview, he revealed that the artist who was offered that big sum was Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift Allegedly Declined $9 Million Private UAE Show Offer

In an interview Montana did on VladTV, he claimed that Swift was the unnamed artist in the screenshots he shared in March.

"They had a show offer for me and Taylor -- her $9 million, me $1 million," he recalled. "Somewhere in Emirates."

Montana shared in a now-deleted post his conversation with an unidentified person. He wrote, "Somebody just sent me a show offer who y'all think the 9 million for lol?"

As of this writing, it is not confirmed that Swift was the artist and if she was, why she turned down the offer.

Swift recently made the Forbes Billionaire List,. "The most famous newcomer is, of course, Taylor Swift, whose record-breaking, five-continent Eras Tour is the first to surpass $1 billion in revenue," Forbes said in a report. "The 34-year-old pop star amassed an estimated $1.1 billion fortune, based on earnings from the blockbuster tour, the value of her music catalog and her real estate portfolio."

Private UAE Shows Also Wanted Beyonce to Perform

The timeline of Montana's claims is unconfirmed and blurry. It is not known whether the same people behind Beyonce's Dubai private show were also behind the alleged offer to Swift and Montana.

In January 2023, Beyonce performed for a private show in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The performance reportedly cost $24 million, and Forbes hailed it as the highest-paying private concert in history.

The invitation-only crowd for the performance was part of Dubai's Palm Jumeirah program to commemorate the unveiling of a new luxury resort hotel, Atlantis The Royal.

In March, Rihanna was also invited to perform in Jamnagar, India, marking Rihanna's first performance in the country. It was for the wedding of Anant-the son of Asia's richest man, Mukesh Ambani. The performance allegedly paid her $6 million. (via Forbes)
