People are talking about Taylor Swift's new album The Tortured Poets Department and its success, her romance with Travis Kelce, and some music theories and fashion.

But in a fascinating observation from a beauty expert, nobody is talking about the 14-time Grammy winner's evolving appearance.

The expert believes that the 34-year-old singer might have undergone cosmetic enhancements.

How Taylor Swift Managed to Sidetrack Fans

Noticing variations in the face of the "Fortnight" singer, the aesthetics doctor suggests the possibility of minor surgical alterations.

From when Swift released her first country-pop crossover hit, "Teardrops on My Guitar," in 2007 to her current global Eras Tour takeover and brand new double album, Swift's musical journey has evolved significantly.

Dr. Justin Harper, the CEO of Juvly Aesthetics, has meticulously documented the journey of the pop sensation's possible cosmetic enhancements over the past decade, capturing her transformation into her current appearance.

When sharing advice on strategies, he refrains from suggesting that other women try similar methods, cautioning about possible pitfalls.

In 2007, Swift made a dazzling entrance into the entertainment industry adorned with radiant blonde curls and exuding a cheerful demeanor.

In a discussion with The Sun, Dr. Harper acknowledged that, at 18, she appeared pretty youthful relative to her peers.

He remarked, "She already had these facial folds, which were natural back then."

Referred to as smile or laugh lines, nasolabial folds are the natural creases that appear on either side of the nose and run down to the corners of the mouth. These lines have the potential to become more pronounced and enduring with time.

The expert added, "If you have the folds in your face, it's because the structure of your face is built for the folds when you're youthful."

Jumping ahead almost ten years, Swift was spotted with a stylish platinum blond bob hairstyle in 2016.

Despite being in her late twenties, the "Down Bad" singer showed fewer signs of aging compared to her teenage years, with fewer fine lines and wrinkles on her face.

Dr. Harper raised his suspicions about the significant cosmetic enhancements Swift underwent, a prevailing belief emerged in world of plastic surgery and beauty experts.

He even suggested that high-profile individuals may intentionally alter their hairstyles to shift focus away from their surgical transformations.

In photographs analyzed by Dr. Harper, the singer-songwriter showcased a variety of hair transformations, from adding or removing bangs to experimenting with different colors and opting for a significantly shorter length.

Notably, Swift's smile appeared nearly flawless in the mid-2010s snapshot despite her attempt at a gentle smile, revealing minimal signs of smile lines.

The expert said it appears likely that Swift has undergone cosmetic procedures, including filler injections around her nasolabial area, chin, marionette lines, and pyriform aperture near her nose. Dr. Harper cautioned against the excessive removal of these fillers, emphasizing the importance of moderation in aesthetic enhancement.

"If I had filler trying to smooth it out, even if I'm good, even if I can make the lines go away, I fundamentally make somebody look more pushed out, wider, more catlike," the expert explained.

"You can see how the mouth naturally looks more pushed out," he further said.

Dr. Harper noted a peculiar lack of depth in that situation - the balancing agent used diminished Swift's facial expression, and seemed incapable of smiling naturally in photographs.

"What you're doing is adding filler or bulk to the area that has to animate or express, which is important for a performer," the doctor said.

He noted that the area is in high demand for cosmetic procedures due to its popularity.

Dr. Harper highlighted the desire for a refined appearance despite the natural occurrence of smile lines.

At the moment, Dr. Harper speculates that Swift may have undergone more minor jawline enhancement procedures than he may prefer.

According to him, there appears to be filler in the marionette line.

There is also said to be some enhancement in the "So Long, London"singer's cheek area, albeit not excessively. While Swift doesn't sport overly plump cheeks, the filler delicately elevates her facial features, he described.

Upon careful observation, Dr. Harper pointed out a notable distinction, emphasizing a reduction in nasal width referred to as a "nose lift."

"Our noses don't get more narrow as we age. It gets wider typically."
