Reba McEntire is set to return for hosting duties at the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards next month -- and there's few that could claim to be better suited for the job. The Voice mentor is leading the event for a record-setting 17 times.

"I am tickled to pieces to get to host the ACM Awards for the 17th time," McEntire said in a statement. "What an honor to have been part of the past, present and now the future of the Academy of Country Music with Amazon Prime Video. I can't wait to get to Texas and see everybody May 16."

The "Fancy" singer will also perform new music at the awards ceremony, which will be held at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.

The show will stream live at 8 p.m. ET and can be caught exclusively on Prime Video, with a rebroadcast to immediately follow and a free viewing on Amazon Freevee and the Amazon Music app the next day.

McEntire has won an impressive 16 ACM Awards of her own, and holds the record for most nominations in the female artist of the year category.

This year's nominees are led by Luke Combs, who boasts eight nods, including entertainer of the year, male artist of the year, album of the year, song of the year, and single of the year.

He's followed by Megan Moroney and Morgan Wallen, who have six nominations each. Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson have five nominations each, while Jelly Roll and Jordan Davis both have four.
