Following her reported mental health crisis at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, California, Britney Spears has finally spoken out, clarifying again that no "wild" physical altercation between her and Paul Soliz happened.

Spears shared her side of the story and expressed how she felt wronged in a new Instagram post.

"I honestly wish my life was as wild as it has been portrayed !!! Either way, some s--- actually has happened to my foot and I might have to get surgery ... fingers crossed, hopefully not but I feel that I was harassed and gaslit and tricked to go on the street when my car was supposed to be there !!!" the "Toxic" singer wrote in her Monday, May 6, post.

The update also featured a video showing her horseback riding activity.

Spears assured that she had been doing fine after the incident went viral, explaining that she was crying at the time because she had hurt her foot and that "no breakdown" ever happened.

She continued, "I was in my pajamas and yes, I had been crying because I hurt my foot !!! No breakdown !!! I'm a grown a-- woman who is actually very naive in most situations !!! I am simply embarrassed they got me in my damn pajamas !!! I don't feel loved ... I feel mistreated !!! With that said, I'm going to treat myself this week !!!"

The "Oops!...I Did It Again" songstress shared an earlier Instagram post in which she blamed her mom, Lynne, alleging she was involved when the cops responded to the area.

Her version of events ran counter what were immediately reported after the incident requiring an ambulance to be sent over where Spears was at the time.

RadarOnline.com and other media outlets covered the response of paramedics and police to a potential disturbance in the vicinity. It was reported that Spears and her boyfriend, Paul Soliz, were involved in a dispute that escalated into a physical altercation.

According to reports, law enforcement arrived at the hotel around 10:30 p.m. on May 1, finding Spears seemingly calmed down after allegedly harassing and threatening hotel staff and guests. However, the situation deteriorated half an hour later when the couple returned to their room.

This incident occurred following claims that Spears had become "completely dysfunctional and financially strained," prompting concerns from her friends who argued that her conservatorship should never have been lifted.
