Jessie J is definitely on fire these days, with her latest single "Bang Bang" reaching the top 10 of the Billboard charts, and she's ready to carry that flame onto a new song. Today (Sept. 19), J announced that her next single from her upcoming album Sweet Talker will be "Burnin' Up," featuring none other than 2 Chainz.
J made the single announcement on Instagram, teasing a snippet of audio, dropping the single artwork and announcing an official release date in the process. "Burnin' Up" is set to drop on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
"I've got a fever, tell me what did you do / Temperature rising when I look at you, look at you / So, baby, oh sex / Dripping in, sweat / I'm losing my breath," J sings in the sexy snippet, set to a rumbling, rolling beat.
J punctuates the melody with her typical vocal flair, starting off with a blast of volume and power before easing into her higher range and winding around the hot beat.
The accompanying single artwork similarly features plenty of heat, with J wearing simply a black bra and bright red lipstick, engulfed by orange flames. (Let's hope she didn't get burned!)
