Jennifer Lopez seems to have taken a symbolic step towards moving on from her widely publicized divorce from Ben Affleck, covering up their matching tattoo in an Instagram post.
Per She Finds, the pop star shared images from her Memorial Day weekend celebration in a white bikini that discreetly concealed the tattoo she had with her ex-husband.
The tattoo, an infinity symbol pierced by an arrow with both their names inscribed, was originally inked following their 2022 wedding in Las Vegas. Fans and the media quickly picked up on the fact that Lopez had used black ink to cover up Affleck's name in the latest photos, hinting that the chapter of their tumultuous relationship may have come to a close.

Lopez and Affleck's romance has been one of the most closely followed celebrity love stories of the last two decades, complete with a rollercoaster of breakups and get-togethers, and a messy divorce finally completed in early 2025.
Since then, both have faced ongoing tension publicly and privately. Lopez has addressed the split through jokes on stage and breakup-themed music, while sources say Affleck is eager to sever remaining ties.
Reports surfaced recently about the couple's struggle to sell a $60 million mansion they purchased together. After reducing the price and removing it from the market, Affleck reportedly sold his share of the property to Lopez. An insider told media outlets this move was part of his effort to cut the final cord that still linked him to the singer and actress.
With Lopez's decision to cover the tattoo, it seems she too is ready to leave the past behind—at least physically removing Affleck's name from her skin.
The couple's split has continued to generate headlines, but Lopez's recent social media activity suggests she is focusing on her own healing and moving forward.
Meanwhile, InStyle reported that Jennifer Lopez turned heads at the "Office Romance" premiere in Los Angeles by wearing two striking black dresses, including a sculptural bodycon gown adorned with bow details and paired with a $276,000 Cartier diamond choker.
The 56-year-old actress completed the high-glam look with opera gloves, mesh stiletto heels, and bold makeup, continuing her trend of dramatic red carpet fashion. Earlier in the evening, she also wore a vintage Versace couture gown, further showcasing her signature high-fashion style.
