Beyonce may or may not have been shooting a new music video when she stopped at Coney Island yesterday afternoon, but she was definitely shooting a video of something. The pop star and her crew occupied the historic Cyclone roller coaster for more than an hour while director/fashion photographer Terry Richardson filmed (as well as using a handy GoPro camera attached to the ride). Beyonce spent some time greeting the hordes of fans that gathered around, and even held someone's baby. It's arguable that the pop star was a little rude, reserving one of the world's most iconic roller coasters for an hour when vacationers and residents may have been keen to ride, but one woman dealt with far worse on the ferris wheel thanks to Bey.

Dorris Hone, a New York City resident, is terrified of heights, but she opted to suck it up and join her friend for a loop on the Wonder Wheel, an 150 foot-tall ferris wheel. Beyonce's team opted to shoot some footage on the wheel, so the ride operator stopped the attraction to load the pop star and friends, which is fairly commonplace. According to a New York Daily News report, Bey received a makeup session before getting on the ride, and the operator simply let the attraction sit. Hone and her agoraphobia were stuck at the top.

"She was screaming at the top of her lungs, 'Get me off this ride,' " said her friend, "She was just hysterical up there."

The Daily News wrote that no one could hear her calls for help because of the shrieks from fans at the bottom of the ride. Hone eventually escaped without suffering any drastic health issues, but she did hope Beyonce might offer an apology. No word on that yet.

Beyonce's representatives haven't revealed the purpose of the video shoot yet.
